UNESCO Symposium: Mapping National Reserach Systems

Just a few weeks ago UNESCO held a symposium on comparative analysis of national research systems in 52 low and mid-income countries. I think, so far, our discussion in class focused primarily on the US S&T debate. This report provides an additional angle from the perspective of developing world, which i think is interesting.
